One of the goals in the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Transformation Plan focuses on improving Internet connectivity in the Marshall-Ridley neighborhood in order to foster resiliency and self-sufficiency.

Beginning Sept. 10, we will begin surveying community members to help us better understand broadband usage and connectivity needs. Your perspective is important, so we want to hear from you. Participation in this study is voluntary, and responses are confidential.

Because the survey is examining broadband access, we are asking everyone who has internet access at home to complete the survey online from your home computer.

If you only access the internet through mobile devices, like cell phones, you can also complete the online survey that way.

If you do not have internet access at home, you can use a public computer, such as a library computer, or you can fill out a paper version of the survey. Paper copies will be available at the Family Investment Center at Ridley Place, 600 Ridley Circle.

Survey participants will be entered into a raffle drawing to win a $250 gift card. Deadline to complete the survey is Oct. 12. Questions? Call 757-926-8761.
