Join the Newport News Neighborhood Watch Coalition and Hampton Roads Action Agency (HRCAP) in partnership with the Newport News Police Department for a National Night Out Garden Party at the CNI Community Garden.

National Night Out is designed to

• heighten crime and drug prevention awareness

• generate support for- and participation in- local anti-crime programs such as Neighborhood Watch

• strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships
